The ending was flat, but they did ended up together happily. I wish Liuli would have stay in the palace and take over her mother's legacy. They way how they approached Evil Attire to be punished is too easy. I wish we could have see Liuli punished Evil Attire with her own means.
Saw ep 40 and it was good. I like their wedding scene, although I wish ML would kiss FL when they're in the chamber lol. This was a nice drama, the plot was good, and wasn't bad like other youth period drama. The prince falling for Liuli was done quickly, and he came to reason that Liuli will never like him like she likes ML. So he dropped that ship after 5 years lol!!!!
I wish we could have seen Talented Wu crowned Empress :). Overall, a 7.9/10 for me!!!
I'm on ep 63 and I so wish I like this when I started watching it at the beginning of the episode!!! Now, it's just fillers after fillers!!!! The drama shouldn't have been 68 episodes~~~ Wonder if they change the writer??? The writing was good at the beginning, and now just nonsense politics poop and fillers! Ahhh this drama would have been right there with Rise of the Phoenixes. Sad, the poor lazy writing makes it go down!
Seeing how others getting all excited about ep.9 and I'm just here thinking..When is ep. 5 getting Eng subbed....sigh.…
WKX is shamelessly chasing after his wife :)!!!! I can totally see that, it's so obvious and I'm glad it passed censorship!!! Those eyes and smiles and looks don't lie!!!!!
The chemistry is there, but I still need some convincing to do :)!! The MC is good, and Gong Jun is doing okay as ML so far. His ML character seems very cocky and confidence :). I hope there will be some bromance!!!!!!!!!!!!!
