I'm gonna say yes that In and Siam did have a thing. You can see on the photos and how In's facial expressions is like when the mom talks about Siam, or the firs time In saw Wang---and probably mistook him for Siam. In and Siam are more than just friends.
Maybe during that time Siam and In cannot be together because of the conservative time; so Siam decided to be with the mom? I dunno, but I'm exciting to find out.
ep2 was good!!! Wang is such a tease with his half-naked bod talking with In. Wang is already crushing on In, and he doesn't know it yet. The way they talk and look at each other aww.

I'm done!!! Those last 4 episodes weren't needed. It just drags and adds unnecessary stuff, I know why but still. It could have ended at ep 52. After the revenge, then LBY and NN went off to their own citizen life away from the capital, and live happily ever after.
Well, empress is so sad but she did what she could for the King to agree to let her go :(.
I kind of wish NN ended up with scholar poetry dude and forget LBY; after all he's done. Telling her he loves her blah blah and then turning around to abandon her for his ambitions. lol.
I wish NN would have returned Poetry dude's love. That would have made the story have more depth. The FL don't always have to end up with the ML, the second lead is good too.
