I'd seen a comment about them before watching it. There are subtle tells all the way through, not all shown in the flashback sequence. Like when the friends are having a secret meetup and Sky is leaning on, and holding Phai's leg!

100% agree! I started watching this yesterday and could not stop for sleep! The first episode was admittedly a bit cringey but it was all explained in later episodes. Seriously in need of a second series now! Anyone who is in doubt, persevere past the first couple of episodes and you will be glad you did. Watched on YouTube and the comments there are fab too. Enjoy!
