It's because they already filmed this drama 2 years ago (I mean in 2019). It's pretty common in C-dramas. They film dramas beforehand, then release it 1 or 2 years later.

It's not there, I already searched

I watched a few episodes of the second half and it is still too depressing, I watch dramas to enjoy and feel good, not to get depressed instead.

If you're not scared of these scenes, it doesn't mean everyone won't feel scared either. There is murder and death, and I literally stopped watching because it was too scary to watch.

I don't want to miss Li Fei dramas but I can't continue watching this one, too scary.

It was a really good drama and the episodes passed too quickly I wanted more.
The OSTs were really good too especially the ending song by the ML's voice.
The only downside was the smoking scenes, there were too many of them.

ML is so handsome it's hard to focus on the subtitles, plus his voice is music to the ears!
