Ga on keep staying with Yo Han so he can spy/find yo han secrets for his professor + i think he like being there, with all messed up lives of Elijah & yohan with ga on own life tragedy he just clicks with them so he is still staying there.. His apartment his home ( from his mom dad) so I don't think so he has to pay for it except his monthly bills. & I don't know about the clothes 😂
