From my experience, rate 7.5 to above in MDL is good. Some people just like to drop a non sense rate.

When i see CSS in action (ep 11-12) i know that she is born to be a general's wife. I'm still amazed by eps 12.

but from what i read, basicly this show quite trending in china, sadly controversy involved too. can't say it as a flop, many people love it. and more people from outside china love it. for me, it sure on my rewatch list.

Sweet. But don't expect a hot romance. Their relationship in this drama is sweet and funny

I think the costume controversy that make it hard for broadcasting in china. That's why some scene are cut badly. So they decide to end it fast. Fortunately they still have an international viewers, it has good rating and review from international platform. LLTG also face the same problem now, and it makes me more worry, cuz LLTG still in early broadcast.

Up to ep 8, so far i enjoy it.. it a slow burn storyline, so i tell myself to be more patient. Cinematography look great. Wulei and Lusi chemistry seems good from trailers.

Oh yes..this one also my long time question since i start watch Cdrama.. why most of ML in Cdrama look so thin??

Season 2 with their child would be so funny. 🤣

Completed! This drama is more comedy than romance but u could feel the romance too. That's why i am ok with less skinship. Usually, i am not into custom or historical drama. But this drama feel like a modern drama. Skincare, radio broadcaster, a whole music band equipment 🤣 and Xianpa village custom is a casual modern outfit with layers. Yes, the plot somehow feel weird, but i still enjoy the comedy. Overall, i love it. Must be on my rewatch list. I love Jackie Li, she really a good actress, and also a handsome HongYi. 👍

After watching eps 33, JinFeng is really the best choice. Cuz her mother is from Xiyue (another kingdom). Hard to explain, u will find the connection after watching more eps.

Binge watching with a lot of skip. Quite interesting story line.

i know that in reality, we will wear the same outfit for couples of times, but their character are rich, too much repeated outfit 😑
