Perhaps it would be explained later. Moreover, her attitude showed that she has lost faith in love and now wants to be comfortable with a partner. That's my thought on the first episode. She's short-sighted as well as heartless. She claimed she's helping the weak by creating the Jishan Hall yet 30,000 innocent lives perished on her watch. Isn't that contradictory to what she said she was trying to prevent. Moreover, does she plan to fight the first prince or kill him to ascend the throne?

That's exactly what I thought. She knew the plan to kill all 30,000 soldiers with her uncle and she didn't save them and mess up her grandma's plan. Instead, she let 30,000 men die for nothing and surprised her uncle survived against all odds.

What does that say of the sort of person she is? She's more concern about her vanadate than preventing the same thing happening to other families.

OMG, the princess is really a badass. I couldn't believe the kind-hearted, soft-spoken princess could hold such a big grudge against her mom's killer. That's why they say it is difficult for a child to forgive and forget childhood trauma.

I didn't know the so-called fiance was one of her pawns, too. I don't understand why she didn't stop her grandmother's plan to kill Lord Ding. After all, he's never done anything to offend her.
