I understand why CX attacked and that it's all because of the officials in Haoling, who didn't want their army to fight in that war. We can see sometimes how helpless a king can be when the officials are against his decision.

The two nations were on friendly terms. Is there a dire need to unify Haoling with other kingdoms?
