XZ didn't follow up with the investment anymore because the board members left him hanging. They decided to watch for Grandpa to wake up. Even his father-in-law disowned him at the meeting, saying his daughter left him when she learned that XZ used her name to invest in Redstone. It was a shameful loss for him because everyone knew he planned to destroy the company. Redstone also deserted him when he didn't follow through as he promised.

Of course. He lied to JL that the medicine was a forget-your-feelings medicine. But, it was a medicine to get RY out of the way from JL. JL herself regretted giving him the medicine after she spent some time with hm, and he told her he was letting her go. I wish he would wake up. So sad.

They need to let us understand why he's set on marrying her. Based on what he foresees, we know she has only four more years to live. But he's also been waiting for her to return. Perhaps he's been in love with her since they were little.

Not necessarily incompetent. She would have been spoilt if she was raised at home. Studying in the mountains gave her a different kind of life. She's causing all this trouble because she doesn't want to marry RY. She would rather stay home with her brothers than be married to anybody, especially RY. She would instead marry her senior brother, a prince from another place. The guy mentioned it when they met and proposed it to the emperor. Our little troublemaker is just rebelling against forced marriage😁😁😁

The ML is so stupid. The plan was to save the girl from getting married. So, why bring a baby? When was she pregnant in a family like that, and no one knows? How can a baby save the situation? I seriously commended his level of stupidity😁😁😁

I watched the first episode, too, and the family infuriated me. The uncle that everyone pampers is so despicable. How would someone sell his niece for money and be okay with it? The village's people have nothing, yet the shameless man still takes from them.

The drama is good because it provokes the right emotions in the viewers, and I love the two leads.

I was happy everyone came to their senses after almost losing everything. Without the company, we would have been a happy family with other life struggles.
All-in-all, it was a beautiful drama. All the actors and actresses did a marvelous job of invoking the appropriate emotions in the viewers. I sincerely commend their efforts.
