A drama of a different type. I would say there was one really slow episode but once you realize what Sato was truly trying to do, I got it! Two very sad individuals that needed love! Comedy? Only in the beginning!
I saw 122 episodes back in 2013 and I hate it so much. Lee Tae Gon was like second lead, don't get me wrong he…
That was the fault of the writer. I think the real life romance of the other two really took over the story. They should have just left them together and left Lee Tae Gon as the supporting character. This drama had potential but the writer really did ruined it
Contrary to a lot of comments, this was actually decent. Though I definitely agree about "what was the writer thinking?", I have defend my poor, misunderstood HK. This man was the same as teen as well saw. Sheltered from the reality that his sister hated him by his parents. His mechanism to cope was simply to try to please. HK knew what NY was doing and allowed it. So, what exactly was wrong with him again? When he saw that NY continuing with her revenge would end up hurting her, so was he supposed to not be concerned? It was his character. From beginning to end. Just like the selfishness of TJ was always there, the overly caring personality of HK was there too. Now, contrast that with how I felt about KW? Different story. His attitude of 'as long as it is not my child' was the worse depiction of parenthood I'd seen in awhile. SJ at end? Rather clever of the writer to force feed 'all is forgiven' on us viewers. Unfortunately, all were not revenged and those points still stick with (NO JUSTICE FOR SB or CHAIRMAN)! Oh well! I'll go down with the ship of NY/HK even though HK/DH were really better together. Decent drama for once from KBS!
Where can you watch this besides myasiantv? that website doesn't work for me
If you are going by the rating above..don't. When we watched Eve's Love, it also had a 6.x rating and it turned out to be very good to us. So sometimes it depends on the individual.
I love J-Dramas more! I am one of those who gravitate to other genres way before romances. I love the stories, the action, the silliness and sometimes the realism that grabs you and doesn't let go! I'm a big fan of the taiga and an even bigger fan of the Asadoras! Though the JDramas are sometimes harder to find; more and more are being made available in some of the most unlikely places! Even Netflix has started picking up a season of a newly released drama that sometimes cannot be found anywhere else! Idols in dramas? Since when were K-Dramas devoid of them? Sure, I like KDramas (preferably the dailies and the cable shows) but there is something for everyone. But, I admit that when it comes to romance, I think the earlier J-Dramas well exceeded both the current K/J Dramas ten-fold. Sure, there is one here and there that peeks my interest but when I find a pre-2006 J-Drama, it's like finding the Holy Grail!
