I'm still a little confused on Hino's relationship with Akira/Yumeno. I believe it is just a patient/doctor relationship but sometimes those lines sure look blurred. I think he relates to her because of his past but Yuriko's concern and why she was quizzing their senpai Shigeti made perfect sense to me in ep 5.
And don't get me started on Akira's mother! The worst example of motherhood alive!
There are aspects of the 1st season I like as well as the 2d season. Even though I liked both leading lady characters, I'm kind of partial to Seo Hyun Jin (who I've seen almost all of her dramas/movies). Her character is so much fun! Her pursuit of all things that is Sang Woo is hilarious and I've enjoyed her character. Her interactions with Dae Yeong have been hysterical at times and I won't spoil. But what I liked more of the 1st season than this is the secondary characters. I find more of them in this season to be very uninteresting or extremely annoying!! But one thing for sure, the food 1st season was so much better. Many times in this season, the food left a lot to be desired while 1st season, I wanted to try everything...not so much the 2d. Overall, I like that the two season stories are different enough to make them both interesting. So which do I like more? No idea. I'm not sure I'm happy about 2d season going 18 ep. Since watching ep 12, I wish it was ending sooner.
Great choices! And I have favorite dramas/movies for each of these actors!! The best is when you see the actor two ways: evil and nasty/fun and comical! The best example from these actors would definitely be Lee Jong Won. I first saw him as the despicable brother in Gloria! I hate his character so much! Contrast that will the lovable and funny Tak Wol Han in Legendary Witch! The difference will stun you!! All of these are great character actors and can play just about any type of character!!
