so three possibilities: 1) kang cheol entered yeon joo's world, which makes sense from the preview because yeon joo seems to be working normally at the hospital; 2) yeon joo went back into W's world, which makes sense because kang cheol seems to halfway remember her through his dream? so might have unconsciously dragged her back in as an unknown nurse character? 3) the worlds merged (lol - that'd be a mess). in any case, it's quite intriguing...

Yoon So Hee has been confirmed to play the role of L's girlfriend. She was so cute in My Love Eun Dong, so I'm really excited to see them together! :3
