Han Ke Fei is such a great friend I swear. I am in episode 6 right now where she takes the hit for Wei Wei. I mean who even does that? She is my favourite character as of yet!

FL is not less intelligent but has low EQ. If we talk about intelligence then maybe she is way more intelligent than anyone in the show. I mean the girl started college at 15!
Why isn't anyone talking about Xiao Mi? I think his character and the actor was amazing. He did really well for his first drama. Also loved Xiao Mi and Yaya couple. They were so cute till the end!

Yeah I actually think that the coffee machine placement was quite smart. They connect that with the actual storyline in the book where Tong Nian takes Barista classes to learn coffee art! The PP were quite smart in this show!
Why did ruin Yoko's character here? She was so amazing in manga. After initial few episodes, this drama turned out to be a disappointment. They kinda ruined whole subtlety and relationship aspect of the manga. Also Kamiya is as cool in the drama as he was in the manga. Love his character so much!
You need to see the drama till end to understand why she was rejecting him so diligently. She was not only hing up on the past but there was also a greater and much bigger reason behind her hesitance. And the reason makes this whole situation of her 'unrequited love' even more sad for the viewers as they would get to know how tough it might have been for her to love him all these years :)

Well i suggest you to continue watching it. This can be a very relatable and humame story. It is a little slow in first few episodes but it get better pretty soon. Personally I just adore this drama and love the story so much!
Question: are Mo Yuan and Ye Hua the same person/soul? It seems it bc they are the same actor but the lotus flower…
No both are different person. Mo Yuan and Ye Hua's father was same and they were supposed to be born together as twins but at that time Ye Hua's body was not fully formed. Hence, their father transferred the energy and soul into the golden flower to nurture. This is why we see him as a soul of the golden lotus during Mo Yuan's time line as well. Later when the lotus was taken away by the prince of skyland, it was born as fully formed baby Ye Hua. So both Mu Yuan and Ye Hua are brothers, not the same person. I hope this is clear :)
