Yeah, I also think so! It may not be kidnapping! That's why I wrote traumatized too! I am not sure when I think about it again! Jiwoo's EX said she was there when his parents died! So his parents died when he was 19-20, they shouldn't have committed suicide after that long, right? If SJ was kidnapped at his childhood, timeline for suicide seems far fetched! I am super confused and can't connect all of these dots! I hope HDS will explain all of this and will not leave it unexplained like they did in Season 1!

I am not sure what I am writing is a spoiler or not, it's just something I am thinking after watching the ep 6 multiple times and connecting everything. Don't read further if you think it's a spoiler. . . The reason Ji woo broke up and left without anything is because Jiwoo's parents are responsible for kidnapping or anything regarding the SJ's trauma. I think they kidnapped SJ for money and when they got caught the news media came to the village and everything which the villagers said "last time there were cameras and it was not good for the village" and then again told it was not Jiwoo's fault but his parents. They got humiliated by the villagers and they commited suicide. That's why in season 1, jiwoo said to SJ if he felt pity for him. How jiwoo came to know that I think when SJ got kidnapped, JW was very little. May be after cohabiting together, JW got to see SJ childhood pictures and that triggered JW's memory about that child that was somehow traumatic by his parents (kidnapped or threatened whatever). Jiwoo just left a note and that also on his birthday as I am suspecting Jiwoo tried to find some of childhood pictures of SJ on his birthday for celebration and came to know, or might be another way he found out! But Jiwoo didn't have any face how to say sorry to SJ or how to accept his parents wrongdoing to SJ that left him his lifetime trauma, and he also couldn't pretend to be happy with SJ after knowing everything as he considered this being too selfish of him and unfair to SJ! He just left without saying anything..

It's not the theory, it's going to happen! You see the villagers said when there was camera before it was bad for the village! So you know, his parents kidnapped SJ and when they got caught, the news media came and everything which eventually was bad for the village! Jiwoo was damn happy in his relationship and still cares about SJ! That makes sense more why he is behaving that way knowing everything about his parents!
