Oh my friend!!! Sorry I just read this, I hope you are back to ideas, if not. Try one of these:
watch a movie which has the same theme as your sketchbook, or that has something like adventure/samurai/ninjas, or a movie with a deep message that you would like to represent in your sketchbook
Another thing you can do, is look at pictures of other drawings online... drawings of the things that you like, and get some ideas from there.
Another thing is to look back at what you have done, and think if you can do something similar but with other elements.

Im liking it, but is not my favorite. It started really good, but now is dragging a bit. But still, pretty good, the best Taiwanese drama I have seen.
