And you are like me, Im very cheerful and always positive... but too lazy hahaha. That is the spirit my friend, as long as we have a roof and food nothing else matters much.... jobs are hard because of the economy, also here, things are pretty messed up. Lots of older people working at fast-food places... that is not a good sign.

I used to curse mine all the time, and realized it wasnt getting any better so I thought Ill rather stop cursing, and start adjusting... every now and then is good to say it : "life sucks" but other than that Im pretty sure it will only get better... im a dreamer, what can I say? :p

When I watched my first Asian drama (Goong) I loved it so much I wanted more, and more, and more, and started watching by linking actor/director so I spent a lot of my time the first year on watching dramas :p
When I joined MDL I had already seen most of the ones on my list, but now I try to keep a schedule or else I wont get any watching done hahaha... how are going with yours?

And it is a slang, but very old one though dead meat= you are in trouble, dead beat= you are tired or you are a good for nothing parent, have you heard people saying "his got a dead beat father" thats what they mean hahaha... i just like dead meat a lot, so I use it for anything that would make me feel like im a dead meat... just think about it... you are basically a raw stake :p

I was just meaning that I was really tired... instead of saying "dead beat" I say "dead meat" cuz I find it funny, but I often forget not everyone knows my way of talking sorry about that hahaha.... I often change the phrases and make up my own words so feel free to ask what I mean by it :p

Ohhh that is way cool... I might do that with the drama that arent airing since must of the times it takes me a while to watch the first few episodes. Thanks for the idea hahaha... and well with Deep Root you have a prologue in the first episode, so you will be left hanging within the first few minutes, then they have a time jump. I hope you try it. I would just close my eyes when they are flying LOL

Did you start Deep Root on the first episode? Because it has a prologue to the story, which is why it might throw you off a bit at the start. It is a suspense, so every episode has a cliff hanger, you must watch from the 1st so you dont miss anything hahaha... but then again, Im biased because it is my kind of story. :)

I also found myself nodding at Jang Hyuk flying, because he looked too stiff. But, I take this as balance for the story having such a tight plot there was no loopholes, and the actors doing such a good job. The direction of this drama was awesome as well, I mean, the camera work, background music; everything was really well done. There was even an episode in which one of the scenes was so good, I wrote down the scene how I pictured it in my head and I have it safe so that I can get the feeling back every once in a while.
So you see, nothing in life is perfect, for something too be so great, there?s gotta be something bad, and that was the special effect.
Im really a suspense kind of person, I love crime dramas for it, but this drama although it was more historical than police/crime modern CSI type of thing, just was really well put together overall.

Which one is TMTES?? It espcapes my mind atm... well dont even get me started on Deep Root hahaha... I wonder why I havent written a review yet :p

To say the least, it is one of the best written dramas I have seen so far. Trying to get one of the members here (also one of the writers in the blog) to watch this drama, I told her it was all a matter of taste. She also likes TPM, I think it is her number one drama this year. So, in view that you both have even more similar taste than you and me, I will tell you the same thing: Deep Root is more than anything a suspense story. It has lots of politics issues going on, and most of all its about the happenings before the promulgation of the alphabet. Its not a love story although it has love, so, if you are more of a romance person you might like it, but not as much as TPM.

No I just can't find the one picture that inspires me to draw him, although he comes out perfect in all his pictures but its just my eye doesnt catch anything that makes me want to draw... Ill keep looking. He is awesome!! love him. Have you seen With Love? That is my favorite drama with him :D

I love his voice hahaha... I have seen two dramas with him, and none were really good dramas but I liked him, especially in P.S. Man. His voice in that drama just made me a sucker for him lol.
