It seemed to me that the fans of "Chasing Jade" had hardened against the drama, creating some kind of artificial rivalry between the two main male characters.

This drama is like a nice shell with nothing Inside. The decent people against the scams. Awesome Kim Jung Hyun gets few scenes. But that's not enough.The pacing doesn't drift, the tone stays flat, and the story never builds real tension or momentum.
