My impression after the first episode: terrible but kinda funny
The first few episodes are, in my opinion, the most interesting, but after 10 episodes at the latest, it becomes boring and the story becomes somewhat monotonous. The good acting, especially from Zi Yu, isn't enough to make up for the shallow storyline.

Some people don't find the series as interesting anymore. I can understand that. The story is relatively shallow. The very good acting can't make up for that. 24 episodes? The content is enough for less than half.

Let's see. Yes, the first few episodes were unusual for a Chinese drama. Personally, I probably won't watch the rest because I'm not happy with the final episode and the postponement of the release. I generally avoid Chinese dramas because they're censored and and it impacts quality.

There's a drop in quality starting with episode 10. The broadcast is interrupted, obviously for censorship reasons. You're naive to think Chinese series aren't censored. Censored dramas do not deserve good ratings.
