Not sure because they still haven't filmed the "Quiet Village" arc, which is set in the Republican era,…
He appears in the "The Tireless Scheming Concubine" arc, where JJY plays a palace maid. I think he'll probably appear in two arcs, because Lin Ziye is also in "My Years as the Imperial Advisor." But we still haven't seen that kid yet.
I haven't watched the drama yet, and I'd like to know whether the female lead is stronger than the male lead,…
In my opinion, the FL is stronger in terms of her mindset, rationality, and logic. However, when it comes to physical strength and combat, the ML is superior since he’s already a demon. Plus, the screenwriters love to have him swoop in and save her every single time, which might make her look weak to some viewers.
Ngl, I feel like the ML is a bit too one-dimensional in the drama. It feels like his only role is to protect the female lead. And the drama keeps showing the same flashbacks of him kissing her over and over again, to the point where I feel like there's nothing new left to learn about his character. We already know everything about him.
As for the SML, I think he's much more layered. He experiences anger, hatred, and love, and it feels like he's gradually growing as a character. You can already tell he'll have a major turning point later on, and that's what makes him so intriguing.
The FL, on the other hand, has been well-written from the start. Her actions make sense. But I do have one complaint about the writer—they keep making the ML come to her rescue every single time. 😂 She's perfectly capable of saving herself, but I guess the writer wanted to make the romance feel stronger.
I still remember that time when y'all in the comment section were discussing WWY's heart being inside LWY and talking about the love triangle. It was so funny. Y'all were taking it so seriously🤣
