LXY was so unstable and unpredictable. No one could tell whether he would be kind or cruel, or when he might decide…
I think the drama is all about testing the characters' trust and i think the FL saw the ML exactly the way I mentioned in my comment. Were the viewers really expecting her to trust him unconditionally?
The SML looked harmless in her eyes because she didn't know the truth. But the ML? From her perspective, he definitely wasn't someone she could see as a good person🤣
Im Gonna rant, so, lifei as divine tree cn be seeing as person, but not li xiuyuan? Lifei cn be seen as different…
LXY was so unstable and unpredictable. No one could tell whether he would be kind or cruel, or when he might decide to kill someone. He even killed his own master without hesitation. Couldn't this be the FL's perspective?
I'm sorry. The female subordinate of the ML feels more like his mistress than his subordinate😂🙏🏻
Her character gives off that vibe. Miao Qing does too(With JTZ). Like a traditional woman who devoted herself to her husband, was a dutiful wife, and never spoke up for herself.
Not sure because they still haven't filmed the "Quiet Village" arc, which is set in the Republican era,…
He appears in the "The Tireless Scheming Concubine" arc, where JJY plays a palace maid. I think he'll probably appear in two arcs, because Lin Ziye is also in "My Years as the Imperial Advisor." But we still haven't seen that kid yet.
I haven't watched the drama yet, and I'd like to know whether the female lead is stronger than the male lead,…
In my opinion, the FL is stronger in terms of her mindset, rationality, and logic. However, when it comes to physical strength and combat, the ML is superior since he’s already a demon. Plus, the screenwriters love to have him swoop in and save her every single time, which might make her look weak to some viewers.
Ngl, I feel like the ML is a bit too one-dimensional in the drama. It feels like his only role is to protect the female lead. And the drama keeps showing the same flashbacks of him kissing her over and over again, to the point where I feel like there's nothing new left to learn about his character. We already know everything about him.
As for the SML, I think he's much more layered. He experiences anger, hatred, and love, and it feels like he's gradually growing as a character. You can already tell he'll have a major turning point later on, and that's what makes him so intriguing.
The FL, on the other hand, has been well-written from the start. Her actions make sense. But I do have one complaint about the writer—they keep making the ML come to her rescue every single time. 😂 She's perfectly capable of saving herself, but I guess the writer wanted to make the romance feel stronger.
