It's a Taiwanese show, not from mainland China.

A lot of time has gone by, so it's not surprising people are done waiting for work.
And Wuju Bakery's first episode has been released in Korea, but the cast members haven't been compensated and aren't involved with it since filming, meaning the company releasing Wuju Bakery could actually end up facing legal issues (with Korea's "ask for forgiveness, not permission" culture in the entertainment industry, I'm not surprised they still proceeded, even after Studio On Saturn made an official statement about it and warned them)
As I prefer actors get paid for their work, I'm refusing to watch what's been released, focussing on projects Jeff and Barcode are actually promoting themselves.

But hey, if Wuju Bakery can exist without cast being paid or involved in promotions, Vamp can recast and become a proper show too.
They'd have to make sure to get the script done already, and recast those who left the project, but it's not impossible.

Studio On Saturn made a statement that there has been no contact about the show, the actors haven't been paid, and them being left in the dark the entire time.
Shortly after, the premiere is said to be cancelled.
GagaOOLala no longer has it listed as an upcoming show, so that pretty much confirms that it's not gonna be available there.
I don't know about Wavve, but honestly, I don't even want to watch it anymore, knowing the actors got scr*wed over like this.

Wuju Bakery isn't happening.
The actors haven't gotten paid for their work.
Studio On Saturn hasn't had any contact with the company claiming to give us the show, and it seems there might be some legal issues if they try to air it without following proper procedure anyway.

We have a bigger chance of getting Vamp than Wuju Bakery.
It'll just take a lot longer than some of the bigger companies will give us their shows.

The complaints I see are mostly about the AI slop in the show.

He kept touching her thigh, followed her, tried to have her add him on Line despite her turning him down multiple times, tried to get her to go to the bathroom with him, wouldn't allow her to leave, ignored every "no" she gave him, continued to touch her thigh even after knowing she had a boyfriend she plans on marrying, called the story an exaggeration, and claimed a "real victim" would behave differently.

It's exactly what it was supposed to be, I think
Simple plot with several very explicit sex scenes in 3 episodes of 5-8 minutes.

You must not have seen Family By Choice, then.
Two single dads raising three children together, none of the children are related to each other, and the dads have no romantic interest in each other at all.
But if you're talking irl: my friend and I had a similar dynamic, where we pretty much raised our children together, to the point where we wouldn't be surprised if people assumed we were lesbians.
Sadly, I had to move away, so we can't see each other every day anymore, and we have to raise our children separately now.

It's an original story, not an adaptation

It's pure laziness to not mark comments that are full of spoilers as spoiler.

The subtitles are bad on youtube, because they're auto translated, giving us the absolute worst.
But on other platforms (iQIYI or more 'creative' platforms) the subtitles are much better

It's the prequel to Eternal Butler, but instead of a butler, the AI is more of a companion who happens to cook, clean, and take care of his master.
