ALOT of ppl thought kyungjun was the police before todays episode

Do they get a script when accepting the role because I’m sure she didn’t know she’d have a total of 2 minutes screentime and 5 lines in 9 episodes before accepting. Even if her role suddenly becomes important in the last 3 eps it will be extremely forgettable cause she’s done basically nothing up until now

Definitely a plot hole cause how did they manage to come up with such a plan meanwhile yoonseo is unable to recognise her best friend is haunting her. Then again yoonseo isn’t exactly a genius… at all

Well, it’s not sure if it wants to be an Alice in borderland dupe or a poor goedam remake that’s for starters. There are also MANY plot holes. Like we still don’t know why we were made to think kyungjun was the police for half the show. We don’t know who wrote the first note about junhee. We don’t know who this seeun girl is (and apparently neither do they???) just a mess imo should’ve stuck with one plot and made a stronger show not twenty different things in one show

Jungwons role here is actually pretty disappointing after seeing her in penthouse ik she can ACT but she’s barely saying two words each ep and for a coding mastermind isn’t able to piece together even the most obvious things in front of her in terms of who are the mafias

The rating on this becomes a little ridiculous once you actually watch the show and consider how stupid each character is and how messy the plot and genre is. Like truly what is the plot here ? Was the writer just indecisive or what is this a irl game thriller or a horror ? Why did it take yoonseo and the ‘genius’ squad 5 working days to realise kyungjun and jinha were set up and why were they all lowkey gunna vote out nahee if she didn’t expose herself as the cop. Not to mention they’ll probably forget about how dabeom is a mafia now. Also why do they have no recollection of their own classmate who committed suicide ??? this show is a hot mess the explanation ep at the end is gunna need to be an hour long atp

He is or else they wouldn’t have shown us the flashback of him writing the note right after dabeom went all sinister villain on him. He also didn’t look very surprised when he basically indirectly admitted it in another scene before the two girls came to threaten him for the keys

Oh right forgot this is the same bunch that watched somi suggest kyungjun and jinha both be killed and said nothing. Also the same bunch that hasn’t picked up on the fact that everyone she’s pointed the finger at has died and been a citizen 💀

It’s not even that it’s the fact that she’s the voice of reason supposedly but isn’t pushing her ideas far enough with reasoning ‘what will you do if they’re both citizens’ why hasn’t she grilled into them that the mafia could frame anyone very easily or that it’s suspicious somi wanted them both dead I’m sorry what. They’re way too laid back for a game that requires them actively seeking out the mafias not some silly ghost

junhee is a citizen but I think kyungjun just wanted someone to scapegoat in the moment cause was being suspected and he doesn’t like Junhee

kyungjun set himself up he used his skill twice and kept quiet about the mafia and now look 😭. Ofc now they can’t actually kill kyungjun cause it’ll be obvious who the mafias are (whoever was for killing them both off), but still

I loved Alice in borderland but it was hardly senses they wrote Alice as some kind of genius who also wasn’t a genius (a lazy slob who could barely get by) who somehow still always had the right answer for every game in the entire 20 episode series and if it wasn’t Alice it was his also smart side kick (forgot her name). They relied on a ‘the main characters will never lose’ rhetoric for that show very different from the vibe here

Bully was right abt the camera guy lol. I was sure he was a mafia but he might be a cop I Also confused on why he wasn’t suspicious of how defensive dabum was being when he tried to check his identity. Maybe he brings it up in a later episode

They need a bunch of bg characters who have just enough lines to be recognised but aren’t important enough to not kill off at any time in a show like this where herd mentality carries a lot of the decisions
