It's not healthy how much I hate that script. If you watched vertical dramas you know how exactly it will going on. I don't think this mini drama will be different from those vertical. Sorry for bad English it's not my first language.
They are married, but don't know it. They slept together but don't know that they are married, they think they cheated, or just he doesn't know (depends of version, this one didn't watch so IDNK) and there were misunderstanding begin. She start to work with him under Penny name and he is falling for her as Penny, while wanting to divorce his wife, because he doesn't know Penny is his wife. They always missed to meet as husband and wife, they always run from people that know them so they don't know (or just him, she discovered it midway) that they are CP. Story going be like, his mother tell him his wife is pregnant, he thinks she cheated because "they never met" but when her friend come to him and tell that his wife is kidnapped (green tea besides him did that) he didn't care, but the moment BFF or his assistant told him Penny is his wife he goes to rescue her and we got happy ending... Frustrating to watch...
It's kind of script that was going around about half a year or year ago on YT on like (±)15 mini vertical dramas just with different main leads. The story is, for me, boring and stupid, frustration to watch because of many misunderstanding, missed opportunity to find out the truth before it's 5 min till end, ML character is red flag IMO. Oh, really. I didn't pay attention, it's weird but cute in the same time, like reincarnation, plus I think it's same director so it's somehow understandable.

Open ending, but it's not like it isn't clear. She is back in modern time were she changed the destiny of her parents, but when she asked them about him, they said that he disappeared, and no one knows what happened to him. But what happened it's that he travelled to modern time together with her, she saw him on bridge and he turn around to her, so he also saw her, that the open ending, but we can say that they will be together. Only thing I actually didn't get is, we don't get to know who is the man who pick her mum in past time line when she left her, or I just missed it.

I start to admire her so much from the moment I watched "Night of love with you", she is so underrated, but she knows what she is doing and she is doing great. Manifesting her and Wang together as main roles.
