That character is there to move a story along with chaos.....the character purpose is to cause harm.

She tried to frame and murder the grandma....

U can call her or see her as a super heroe or whatever you want.

Fact. Rampa cause harm and malice...even attempting murder/framing

That is your hero ....have at it.
