Because nobody really talks or Functionally communications with each other.
I always try to ask ppl for clarification....but asking too much will also annoy them....i don't talk behind ppl back...if i have an issues I'll say it...if i didn't say it, then it is not an issue...n i need to let it go....

Ect......they talk it out, accept each other's fault (personality) seek a better communications.....but both still do it fall short of it.....it is a habit we have since forever...hard to fully adjust
