I saw the trailer and liked it but didn't exoect much. Sometimes trailers are deceiving.
You know a drama is good when you can enjoy the supporting characters and the villians are not just annoying.
I like the progression of the characters, flow and storyline
I however have difficulties with long dramas. I find that they will usually hit a plateau/stale mate....I guess fillers....majority of time it loses it's flow by the 3rd quarter.
So...let's see how this goes, but i feel in An we will see more characters arch in a sense.
I loved starry love, but it dragged for about 5 -7 ish ep. For me.
So, hopefully it can keep a good flow with characters and storyline.

I disagree. She is a bird in a cage, shelter in the palace. Controlled. This experience show her the real world…

Her thought process is simple and ignorance. I'll so this and everyone lives happily ever after.
If she didn't have them. She will be dead already.
They guided her to be able to handle it.
When he spoke to her on the roof.... that was her palace life....
She is able to handle what happened and what will happen because of their guidance and not sheltering her.
They try to handle things with some soft hand.....but that won't help her survive and thrive.
ML was gentle in the beginning....in which actually put her and the ppl in danger . It not only about her, what she is doing risk the lives of others and she needs to realize that.
If they didn't guide her on how to handle the cruel world.
. They help her handle the attack...which will get worse the closer they get. You need mental toughness to handle palace/political sh*t.
They made her stronger, yet will protect and care for her...w/o sheltering her and help her understand why and how to cope with these type of people.
She also she love and comradery, compassion... the crew has for her and others
Yang Ying almost from the very beginning has had her innocence stripped away, piece by piece by piece. Her faith…

Probably After the fact she didn’t listen....n did something that expose her
Therefore Ning wouldn't know to even tell her
But that is my deductive reasoning of what probably happened
