I use to watch this american show psyche. Soo funny and best bromance ever! I rem. The crimes were engaging.

LY held a pineapple in 1 scene....and it reminded menof psyche....they always had a pineapple in each episodes

So how is it again BY fault when the character was already late on his rent before they came into his life...his coworker cheered when he got fired....no1 liked him.....oh wait....that was the FL fault .....my bad...

So you have a lot of distortion to this drama.

Really? Do you not read the dialogues. She has never approved of what her dad does. She bashing him and she fight for ppl rights. She also try to protect LY from that world.

Also the sins of the father should not be pass to the son (daughter).

She has nothing to do with her father's business.

She paid him with her own money. Out of her pocket. She herself don't get a lot of money.

Some people have a bias against the FL so everything she does is bad and not looking at it objectively.

LY does many annoying stuff too. LY manipulate the situations to meet his need all the time. He flirts & uses the landlady when he wants his way. He is petty and argues with his old friend & ex like he does w/BY. He steals from ppl. He stole from the street performer...like wtf... oh wait. It's the FL fault. ...
His character is argumentative. He is pokey just to get a rise out of ppl.

Ppl dont have to like her character...i get it....everyone has their vibe...no biggy...but this constant bashing and blaming her for everything is not being objective to the premise of the story. i mentioned her faults all the time....but i also recognize the other characters fault.

It was planned for him to be fired with QC. That's why he (QC) was there waiting for him after he was fired. QC wanted him as the dectective and also manipulate the situation.

It is part of the plot. If that didn't happen. He won't be a detective.

QC is mature...he treat them both nicely. He put him in jail but that of course is somehow BY fault even though she got him out. Of course that is probably F.L fault. Everything is her fault.....

I did enjoy the crime in ep 1 to 11.....after that the crime suck.

The crime with the guy having a mafia uncle....like really....just tell your uncle to take care of it...the end lol

This is boring to me.....i like Yang Zi white snake better. You see then fall in love more and there are funny parts.

The cases was simplistic...even w/o the romance ....

LY isn't exactly prince charming himself. He says mean things all the time. He is pokey/instigators....he says things to her expecting that response....most time you see him say stuff and he brace for the impact.

EP 31 LY -We fight but i miss her when I don't see her. When she is sad, I'm sad. when she's too happy I like pissing her off. It gives me joy.

So ML joy is to instigate her and piss her off. -Prince charning status....

Oh writers... you started out soo well ..hahaha.....but i understand that how they want it. That is the premise of their relationship.

I like what he said about the book and studying each other.

QC is mature and they reponse to him how he treats them.

QC dont have to have a gf....but i want him to have more independence on his decision but he seems happy....i wish BY just hugged him.

Also bromance apparently means low key BL? They tease a few scenes....but it was really limited

My point it certain ppl had certain expectations and kept whining about it.....

But an adaptation is that....adapting to a storyline....they dont have to follow anything and can make it how they want...

Rarely any book adaptation is satisfactory to the readers

I feel for the average viewers.....who dont have a background of the novel? Enjoy it as it is.

Many others are expecting something else .


I thought it was ok. 1x watch for me...the leads are cute. I do find it inconsistent and i wish they did more of the trio funny interactions. I don't like the inconsistency of growth in characters....subtle growth

In general ....i enjoyed it and the romance to me was cute.
