1 case motive made no sense to me....the guy is the mafia boss nephew and his uncle was out for blood after he got convicted....

.i enjoy the progression...character's "thinking, growth? Learning curve? In ep 21....

Ep 22 has the 3 clowning/ teasing each other again....it was cute....QC/BY teasing LY....LY&BY teasing QC.....he got them both back and they are after each other hahaha....

I miss QC screaminf salim! Hahaha....let see if the case will get interesting....it has a weird case like the earlier case....

I don't find them annoying either....it doesn't really bother me.....but i can also see where the other people are coming from....that is why i had to point out the other characters "things" as well....

There is a change in pace and added plot but extremely subtle..now that it is at 20.....i do want more interactions and better cases.

I will still watch it and see where the interactions goes....and hopeful it picks up a little more and more intriguing cases . I liked the "Vampire" one....erie ans creepy with myth and legends...it intrigues me...that why i like her sensational headlines...i like the beginnings cases more

I knew i had to suspend a big believe when the MAFIA control.

So i was prepared for the ridiculousness of it since ep one. I was whatever since it made me laugh. I like BY & QC sibling relationship and clowning each other.

I was like ok...the premise is silly but at least the characters....MAFIA controlling everything.

Ooo...that why she has an exclusive news outlwt and she can sit in the interrogation....huh what?

LY is easily a consultant....huh? That easily and he can exort some authority...

Already a lot of WTF moments in 1 ep....

I suspend my belief and enjoy some chuckles from the characters interactions.....didn't think too much....the crime were ok...

Then it slowed down and I'm losing interest.

The case is getting lame....and boring....their interactions together has become nonsense....before they at least tease each other and it was funny...or they used it to connect to the characters and their past

I.e.

B.y. & L.Y. connecting about their parent and what they yearn for

Now the interactions is mostly hallow and nonsense with all 3 of them....

We each have our own bias of why we like or don't like something.

Everyone of us goes into all drama with a certain expectations/bias

If you read my comment...then you can see i wrote...i find MOST PEOPLE....not all people

I have many time went into drama like that and is always disappointed

I went into this expecting good crime scene and it had already disappointed on that and the characters charms has as well....

I'm tolerable to these characters...

What you see me doing is give another take on characters ppl hate on or dislike

I have never excuse either 1 of their faults....

B.Y. did 1 or 2 cutesy face to the M.L. ....her character don't have many interactions with other characters....it short and fleeting.....the real reason she get away with thing is cuz her dad is the MAFIA BOSS.

She is not even acting cute to get away with anything....the writer have her beinf cutesy for the M.L. to not be mad about her rejecting the script sale...which her dad wants to buy....but by buying it....it comes with motive and stipulations of owing a favor

I have Not seen her do the thing LY does....he does it for personal gain....by flirting/ sweet talking and manipulating the situation....she sometime does the pout or cutesy to the M.L. in a way to ask for forgiveness or a favor. The favor is getting details on her story...as for the pout she did it 1x with L.Y. that i can really remember and it was to ask for forgiveness..majority of the time she is pokey to him....they are pokey to each other...
..she did that to him so he won't be mad at her. That is the differences...she is not having any person gain in this actions to be punish for.....they are also catering to ppl who want that romance

I don't see why she need to be punished for it? He went to jail cuz he was trying extort money that isn't his....his own fault..she got him released...he was being insensitive and said mean things... apologized...cuz he felt bad for insulting her for the 100x...simple as that...she is not getting away with anything.....she get bashed and hate from most viewer and in the script....in the script you hear all the characters say she is spoiled, dumb and childish...she's childish but she has a good heart and means well, QC said.....the characters bash her often....and the script continue on that narrative as described by the other characters.....so she is acting within the character's narrative.

At the end it is really irrelevant... it is different perspectives and take on it. I'm not disputing that her characters is annoying to many. (Some ppl are more tolerable or have a different narrative in watching this). But i also want ppl not to overlook LY childish...pokey nature too....he picks a fight with many ppl...i.e. him bickering with his classmate....that classmate is similar to B.Y. he found him despicable in him teasing him...extorting money from ppl and manipulations of people and situations

I don't find the trio annoying....i however is starting to find their interactions falling flat and starting to get boring like the cases

My issue with this drama is the LAME crimes.....they started well with some interesting cases but now it is getting boring....along with all the characters

Now I'm not expecting much and probably will just skim through this

When he tried to teach her eng and she purposely said SH*T.....hahaha....i died....

I find i get bored easily with drama by the 1/2 of 3/4 of the way

Majority of drama the ep are longs with dragged out fillers....

I get it...it don't bug me too much beside the fact some1 might recognize her personal maid since she us always with her

I find these 2 characters similar....and yes i believe many ppl went into this with a bias ans certain expectations......i also recognized why it annoys ppl (her character). He manipulates situations and trick ppl for his personal gain.....but that's ok that he steals from ppl....his character is soo charming and likable. He is the MC so of course they make him smarter and more likeable....but he has his faults that is over looked. His character is very selfish and self serving.

Again different perspectives....many ppl dont find it that way

There is plenty dectective shows with romance...so i see no problem with it....honestly they had a few moments and it is subtle....it has not taking over the drama....the lame cases has

She has a reason to have him reject it....it is from her father....she don't want him to owe her dad in any terms....owe of gratitude....she has told him before.... her dad had motive ans it will needs to be repay...

I feel many ppl have these certain expectations and bias....and of course we see things differently....

Ppl see it as her trying to be cute and for forgiveness....yet no1 talk about him doing the same thing...sweet talking and acting cute to try to get away with things....i see them both doing this...soo... i didn't find that scene romantic with her acting cute for him to let it go....

The scenes i like from there is...

The heart to heart talk about them wanting more time and love from the parents

The scene at the school/fire with what he said that show their progression in their bond. After the dinner at her dad's

Some scenes are childish and QC is done with those two and leave.

L.Y. doesn't just act childish and bickering with the F.L. he does it with his classmate too....he is pokey and was fighting like a child with his ex Harvard classmate like he does with B.Y....he was just as annoying as her insulting his friend ans picking a fight....that Q.C. was done with him and walked away cuz L.Y. was being wicked childish and was arguing nonsense with the other guy....he initiates it with his verbal jabs to annoy ppl. She is also is competitive and fight with her peers....these two are pretty similar

I expect nothing less from these bickering children

Maybe I'm more tolerable than most people....


Is the F.L. character greatly written....no...but again it is also the eye of the beholder of their want and expectations from this drama....but the other characters has faults as well that no one pointing it out. Out of the 3 i like Q.C. the most.

I feel in general the F.L sometimes isn't always written the best... I'm not really annoyed by any of their antics....i take it as it is and don't take it soo seriously....

My issue is the crime getting lamer along with the character's interactions...if they can't have an entertaining crime/criminal...at least have the characters be entertaining....non of the characters is that entertaining to me now....they lost that flow for me since ep 12

I barely chuckle at any of the character's antics like i did in the beginning...they use to have jokes and spat that got you going...hahaha...but it falls flat with the 3 of them

I don't get the issue some ppl have with the face/identity change.....she is wanted by the whole country....of course she need a face change/identity...

I don't like it that it is change to her dead loyal servant....since ppl should know these two are connected

It would be better if Zhao L. Wasn't the servant and a random face she needs to hide her identity....

So far the drama is decent
..the main leads have given me quiet a few lol chuckles

It did for me....i did really enjoy 1-12....12-20 has slowed down for me.....

I'll still watch it....they seem to be added something to it...including his dad into it....but it is small droplets

As for the crime...the recents 1 has been really blah and lame to me

You'll be disappointed cuz the cases are soo simple ....and all 3 of them looks stupid sometimes....yes she initiated most of it...her characters is just as the writer portrayed it...all through out the drama i hear...she spoiled...gets her way....he himself is also pokey...some time she js just talking and giving info....he would verbally jab at her....that is the dynamic they want to portray of them jabbing and pokey at each other.

Thw writing is getting flat....the interactions is no longer as entertaining and crime is soooo lame....

I know it's a fluff ....i wish they can do better in character development and crime

I saw a clip of Zhao doinf archery....she is amazing in her posture and vibe.....i can totally see her play a more stoic character
