He is an inventor. He can figure it out. He is innovative. In fact he invented a way to make fire light quicker at his village. He felt like eun som was able to ride a house. So no it was not surprising he figured it out. He was surprised but he took it in as an inventor and figured it out. He had a different brain.

I feel season 1 didn't evoke emotions to the viewer about the protagonist leads. Season 2 seems to giving us more, getting to know and caring what happens to them.

Their flow is off. They didn't balance season 1 for us to learn more about the characters and feel for them better. It was a bit incomplete.

Tagon and Tah lea on the other hand was well developed. Like their civilization lol

While the other 2 is underdeveloped like their tribe.

Saya is just an awesome character...he seems innocent...then diabolical...scary and then sweet...? Unpredictable

Which it fine....but they don't have good development ....I feel they lack the connections to the audiences. We sort of see eunsom and tanya for like 1 episodes. They don't really get the characters development. I feel anyways. The other two you see their pain, desires and what made them yearn. Why they do. That scene w/Saya where he questions Tagon about him being ashame and then you get the insight of his mind.

I feel I don't really get insight on tanya or eunsom. Tanya get more development in season 2. We don't see much of eunsom because we have saya.

Saya is a great character. He is unpredictable, kind of in the grey. I feel he is a catalyst towards the antagonist.

I'm looking towards the next ep. I feel they will have some more progress. I just feel season 1 didn't balance that.

That is where they mis-fire....we need to feel for all 4 characters in somewhat in a equal manner. They did not develop sjk & kjw well. Season 2 tanta has more development but it is focus on Saya. His character is grey like and interesting enough to stand alone w/o soo much history.

Tanya did have some flashback to their history but it's not enough....

Season 2 is much better....the BG season 1 wasn't that impressive

They don't spend enough time on his character or tanya character for me to fully feel for them. Tagon has all the history and screen time...

I agree....they didn't focus on character development for SJK and KJW characters. It was mostly Tagon and Tae la....they had history and lots more screen time. I wish they balanced that out better. I feel for Tagon and what he went through. That child actor is good.

We have to suspend our belief and revert back to the stone age where civilization isn't quiet know or developed in the majority of the area. So these people being surprised about these things aren't so farfetch.

They mentioned many time that they are prehistoric.

I don't know if she can use that. They just have random dreams of what is in the other person's eyes. They have no control over it. Saya even said the image of Tanya is vague that he wasn't sure it's hurt.

She don't know his angle and can't fully trust where he belongs....we as a viewer aren't sure either...he did what he did for revenge but he seems to want power....? It was personal because they killed his love....not for what tanya and eunseom stands for.

The child actors are soo good...soo much emotion from all. I don't find it hard to follow and yes there is a twist....I don't know Saya intentions and I love that he is unpredictable

I'll a binge watcher so it's up my ally. I always watch both ep on Sunday. If it don't click it don't click. Up to you to keep trying or not.

Actually....we end up not really seeing her that much....she is not that obsessive as the usual kdrama. She's annoying in that she tries and don't take a hint. But diff. Not overboard.

This is a purely romantic Fluff which the leads has ample screen time...it slowed down after ep 10-11
..to most...the writer attempt to create angst but not really doing anything...a cope out lol

This has all the cliche there is in all romantic drama.

This might not be for you. I usually just give a drama 6 ep. If I can't get into it ...I'm out.

The mother, his dad, and 2nd F.L is annoying....other than that no real crazy drama....

He does tell her no often. She touches him. He say don't touch me. She sat in his space, he ask her what she is doing....why didn't she call 1st before she barge in. He invaded F.L. space and claiming to be his fiancee. He is at F.L. side and said No she's is no my fiancee. (Ep 4). He has never encourage her, not once taken her out or do anything with her. He .mostly disregards her...

Although I skimmed reply 1997....highly rated and I was bored to death. I skimmed to ep 10 thinking i will get into because of the high rating ....i never did.

Can't say I'm a fan of all the cliche.

But ...somehow It click and i am able to enjoy it.

The 2nd leads Male I loveable. The 2nd lead female is the typical K drama kind.

They don't result into any crazy love triangle nor conflict.

I feel the conflict is within themselves.

The writers missed a great opportunity to explore that and create better growth. I felt they got lazy and come out.

The chemistry and leads were cute enough that it gave me the Feel. I felt giddy. 1 scene where he goes....why is her food getting cuter and cuter...lol

I think it's the epilogue.

It is fully of silliness but their interactions gave me butterflies and I felt like I'm falling in love with them....

Saya is savage! His revenge on her....he looked scary....I ship them....probably because they have more interactions. Although she grew up with eueson they didn't have much interactions. It's a tagon and Tar Ah arch.

I find Saya unpredictable.....he will be tanya stone love it.....

Seem soo....they share this bond with her through each other...?

Yes, I felt this is tagon time....I felt they didn't develop tanya or euesom well. Well see with the 2nd chap
