I feel you could listen to comments. But don't stop it from you watching it if you're interested. I read comments and just put that in the back of my mind there might be this annoying thing that happened. So I could prepare for it. Most of the time it's not as annoying as with the commenter has said.

I learn that I didn't give a drama a chance. Drop it 2x, but somehow i tried again, watched past ep 3 and loved it.
Another time, a high rated drama, i watch until ep 10 waiting to like it and it never happen
My rule of thumb....what at least 6-8 ep....depending on the length
