Zheng Ye Cheng is filming Hero Legends because he didn’t start filming until April when other people started in January 2023. The delayed because he had a surgery in December 2022 and put other works on hold to recoup. He then had to finish his other works on hold. So, from my understand Cheng Yi is also still filming too.

I am kind of sad that we have to wait to see the conclusion of the show. Part 1 air July 21 if follow the schedule and January 2024 to see part 2 and conclusion. I am going to read the novel now.

In conclusion the producer is the main culprit here. He starts all the drama and causes the fan wars between the two actors. since, both camps didn’t come out to confirm rumor we just have to wait and see who are the main couple for this drama.

I honestly think Cheng Yi had decision in continuing filming. From all his interviews, one thing stand out for me with him, he doesn’t like to cause inconvenience or interruptions to filming. He thinks about other people more than himself.

I don’t think his studio announcing or confirming any new drama. As for this drama, the rumor casting main lead couple are Ryan Ding and Esther Yu. I guess Tencent will confirm on June 19. I wish him speedy recovery, he had been work very hard like working 7 days a week and 12 hours a day.

Just explaining what her people are doing now. but a lot of people are saying the confirmed casts are Ding Lu Xi and Yu ShuXin.

I saw that a lot of CY fans are upset and they kept saying to please keep Cheng Yi name out of this rumor. also they said Ryan Ding accepta the male lead for this drama.

Just like Qing Qing stated most of the people who making a big deal are not his fans. I haven’t seen her studio come out and talk about it or confirm the drama. They have their own issue trying to fix rumor of her dating a very older Taiwan actor.

yes, there are news on Esther Yu but her studio(agency) didn’t confirm that she takes the role. As of right now, no male or female lead are confirmed.

I heard the female lead is not confirmed either. the rumor ladies Esther Yu, Zhao Lusi and Bai Lu.

I guess they are still looking for new male lead. I don’t know why they don’t pick new young actors . There are so many of them. I saw Chen Zhe Yuan on there. Why not promote him to the male lead.

is it already filmed? are they done filming and just shelved the drama. With Cheng Yi Popularity now , i am not being biased this is not going to be a good move to release the drama.

so I found the article stating the Lin Geng Xin turned down the role. since he was confirmed a drama with Crystal Liu called Rose’s Tales.
