Many drama have achieved both good ratings and good point from gooddata though. In the end, people who haven't watched the drama will only see the local ratings which is written everywhere for reference. High local ratings also reflects more on the drama's sucess and brings more money for all the people involved in the drama.
My first chinese drama was boss and me and I really love it. Sweet, romantic, fluff, no unnecessary drama. However back then, I was so hesitant to watch this drama eventhough I knew this drama is based on the novel from the same writer with boss and me. I don't know why, but I think that's because the game part. Then, last week I finally started watching this, I was smiling like crazy everytime the main couple appeared just like watching boss and me. Yangyang and Zheng Shuang is so cuteeeee, they are adoable. Xiao Nai and Wei wei is like the innocent couple version of Feng Teng and Shan Shan, lol
