IMO, zlh is very good looking in costume drama or in modern drama. In China, the competition is very harsh. fans will judge you from appearance. Not for acting skiils. There are many toxic fans, too. They will bully other actors just to promote their fav actors.

I am quite surprised that ZLH can act so well in SOKP. really impressed. his facial expression from hatred to desperation to anger to sadness. He can act cool without over doing it. some actors try too hard to look cool, but it becomes like a robot wkwkwkwk
I have watched ZLH in his other dramas. out of all his dramas, only SOKP I have completed watching. I see his acting is developing.
I can't imagine other actor could play xie wei character better than zlh. he is both crazy and beautifully handsome as xie wei.
ZLH was only 22-23 yr old when he was filming SOKP. he did a great job as a young actor. he was not from acting school. he was majoring in Electrical engineering (smart dude).
the talent agent came to his school and hand picked ZLH wkwkkw.... with his good looking face and height, the talent agent couldnt miss him.
besides, i also like the story of SOKP, no dull moment from ep 1-38. it is just getting better and better every episode. just a good amount of sweetness n humor.
