It's not that it was that bad, but it certainly could easily have been WAY better. It's one of those dramas that you enjoy to some level while you're watching, but are pretty unmemorable plot-wise, so you don't think about them ever again after you're finished. Just don't watch it if you're looking for quality plot line or a new OTP to root for.
I'm not gonna lie, this drama is a mess but i still enjoy it quite a lot (tho it's probably bc of Noona more than anything else) It's just frustrating to think that this could have been way better written. Either someone could have mentioned how unfair it was for Jiw to be possessed (even the "crazy aunt" doesn't point it out or seem to care one bit...). Or it would have been interesting to have Jiw be okay with the whole situation from the get-go: have her let Kaopoon use her body while she could finally take a proper nap and not have to worry, and have Kaopoon actually trying to help this shy girl out, to make her life easier. Instead of gaslighting her for example. The only good thing about making the ghost so dislikable is that i can't actually wait for her to "vanish".
Just another disgusting selfish triangle to ruin a good drama, but I should have listened to my gut instead of…
If you are talking about love triangle. I can assure you there are none in this Kdrama.
Also could you please enlighten me about how Capital Scandal is a "piece of trash" and that it is a proof that Korean writers are "selfish disgusting twisted people who have ABSOLUTELY no integrity whatsoever"? Leaving such a hateful comment without even bothering to explain your reasoning (and no this "another disgusting selfish triangle" doesn't suffice, especially since none of the 4 main characters can be qualified as "selfish"...) makes you look like one small-minded human being.
I really wish I had read your review before watching the movie. Anyway, now, after watching the movie, I have…
Thanks for your comment, it's always nice to have people that share your opinion ;)
And I completely agree, it's unfortunate that when we look at overrated movies and series's pages, it's always the (very) positive reviews that show up first.
This drama was so enjoyable. Laugh, sadness, anger, it had everything. I'm definitely gonna miss watching it every week.
Even though I'm a bit upset the last episodes were "rushed", still, in the end, the plot was more than satisfying and the acting was great. I believe (or at least hope) that after Bride of the Century, Yang Jin Sung will keep getting offered lead roles.
hi guy's do i need to watch the I need Romance 1,2 before i wacth this season 3?
Well, it really depends what mood you are in. Each season gives off a different vibe. The first one is more about fun and life lessons (it was also very fresh when it first aired because of the unique way the drama was filmed), the second one is more about the psychoanalysis of the female lead (yeah it won't hurt if you skip INR2) and the third one is more about maturing. For my part I liked INR3 the most but INR1 is also a must see.
If right now you want some sweet noona romance and a happy ending for everyone, watch INR3 first but if you feel like watching some fun over-the-top comedy then INR1 it is.
Hope I was of some help ;)

No, there's no need to. You can watch them in whatever order you like (or just watch this one), you won't enjoy it any less.

Ikr? It's such a shame that dramas like Capital Scandal or Tamra the Island are so little-known. And yeah I remember watching Pride. It's such a sweet drama. The main romance is so cute and mature at the same time and the soundtrack is basically just made of Queen songs and yeah it really makes you enjoy watching hockey. You definitely have to watch it ;)
Loved your article. Haha yep it's hard to be Kdrama freaks ;P

OMG a Tamra the Island lover, YES. Tamra was also one of the first dramas I watched so I may be biased too ;P And yes the English is pretty much always horrible but since Pierre Deporte is a fellow French, I think I took it a bit more personally. Can I add thatyour "About me" is literally killing me xD. Also you watched Capital Scandal and you liked it and you used a gifset of it in your About Me section *here's a virtual "bless you" cake*
This version is definitely the cutest one and for once Kotoko doesn't seem that dumb, just a very cute daydreamer. The only thing it may have lacked was (at least in my opinion) Joe Cheng and Ariel Lin's chemistry that made the Taiwanese version such a fan favourite. But overall the drama is cute as hell and for once the drama does really make you feel for Kinnosuke and understand how Kotoko and him are so alike that they could actually make a good match. Even the soundtrack is cute. So yeah this a drama that you should watch if you want something overall fluffy and you don't mind watching a female lead who is definitely not a role model (well except when it comes to willpower)since her main goal (if not her sole goal) is to get married to the boy she had a crush on since high school.
Idk why everyone seems so disappointed with this drama. It's me seeing things my own way I guess...but this is definitely my favourite Hong Sisters' drama (yes, after all these long years of frustration watching the Hong Sisters' dramas I finally found one I actually loved).
1) Let's ngl, showing us the main couple with KKJ in his actual body would have made more than one uncomfortable so the fact that they didn't show us his face in the last scene was the wisest choise. Using YoonJae's voice&"body features" was also not a bad idea since after all it connects the before-KKJ to the after-KKJ. I still believe that this was KKJ in his own body (why else wouldn't they show us his face?)
2) The last scene with the beginning and the ending making a "finished circle" reminded me of Capital Scandal (though of course no drama could compare with CS)and just this point made me love this ending

I wished there were more tho.
