@Maggi64 About that... Fumiya said that he won the trip to the villa from the street (I don't remember exactly)... so like they did not pay for it... I'm guessing that Fumiya must have asked Ritsu if he would like to come (like Ritsu asked Fumiya this time) and he just went along with it (that's why he said that he wouldn't had come if he didn't liked him too).
And there was only bed so in the past the same thing must have happened that happened in the present... Fumiya must have said that he can sleep on the couch and Ritsu said that he's okay with them sleeping together. The only difference is that Fumiya agreed to this in the past but not in the present.

I guess his memories are not coming in chronological order... cause there was one scene in which they kissed and the scene in which Ritsu confesses that he also likes Fumiya before they have sex comes after that scene. So I'm guessing it's something like this- when they arrived at the villa they were not in relationship and that's why he apologises... At night they do the thing and next morning they kiss...

I agree with you KinnPorche had some weak points but the story, in my opinion, was pretty well executed as compared to other BLs atleast(like this one 😭). KinnPorche's cinematography was enough for me to give it 10/10 haha

Because there's a season 2 of this series too (We best love: fighting Mr. 2nd)... The ending makes sense only after watching the 2nd season.
