Ewwwww I think people sometimes forget it’s meant to be the ENTERTAINMENT industry and just do this stuff for shock value. I’ve not read it myself but apparently Porsches rape was bloody and violent too in the novel. I’m not prudish at all, in fact I’m very much the opposite but I just don’t think this is entertaining 🖤

I feel similar about Kinn Porsche. K clearly raped P because he was drugged up to the eyeballs and couldn’t stand unaided. But some fans will say it wasn’t rape because P could remember them kissing on the waterfront. In the real world who has a loving long term relationship with their rapist!!

I disliked Mew from the off. He seemed to think he was better than everyone. And making Top wait for sex like that was not genuine. He did it more to manipulate than because he felt a certain way about losing his v card. What Top did was messed up, but I’m used to queer couples having open relationships so I think the reaction to it went a bit over my head.
This is the most genuine portrayal of the queer community in bl land. The toxicity, everyone having f*cked everyone and the realism of hook up culture. I loved it! 99% sure there will be a second series. Will Mixx get Mew off of Top? I hope so lol!!🖤 ps. I loved Bostons character. He was actually the most honest, genuine person out of them all. He was always 100% clear about what he was offering which I appreciated. Unfortunately tho, for every Boston there are at least 5 Nick/Atoms, poor loves.
Their sexual chemistry was fire 🔥 during the final ep! Shame we didn’t see more of them together, like an ep where they are trying to hide their romance at work but everyone finds out for example. Nice series if you like fluff, not if you want a story with depth 🖤
So so soooooooo sad this is over! I’m holding out hope that there will be an episode 14 special episode which will feature their wedding!! Chen Yi and Ai Di’s love ended up being so pure and wholesome. And Zerhui crying because he’d never had a proper caring family before just made me weep. This series has got everything love, suspense, violence, friendship and tears would 100% recommend it, 9.5/10 from me 🖤
Really enjoyed this series. It was a bit light on storyline but that’s nice sometimes for when your brain is taxed enough. The chemistry between the couples more than made up for the lack of plot though as well as all of the beautiful men making cameos 🖤
The NC scene in the final episode is not for the faint of heart! Lol! I really felt like Tod x Cheque had zero chemistry unless it was an NC scene tbh, so it’s a good thing there were so many!! They weren’t given much to work with mind you, this series was seriously lacking a storyline. Someone trying to get their college friend who they pied after 1 snog to be your boyfriend does not a 10 part series make. I loved Janus, he was hilarious but all the other actors were wooden as Pinocchio!! 🖤
Not a shipper by any means, but Cheque and Tod kiss like they’re together. It’s feels too intimate to watch, like you’re peeking through someone’s window!!🖤
Mixed feelings about this one. Don’t expect to be moved. It’s really predictable and a little corny, but that can be good sometimes when you just want to watch some harmless fluff which won’t tax your brain. Wouldn’t recommend it but glad I watched it to support the group as I love the queer energy they give 🖤
Frigging loved this drama! And when I say I cried during the final ep today, I mean I full on ugly cried, gave myself a headache and had to have a nap!! So chuffed season 2 has been given the green light already, congrats to the two absolutely beautiful boys who played excellently as these characters. Bless them, they must be bloody thrilled! Now what did we think about Yai? Was he a ghost? And more importantly we learnt that Yai means big from ‘big dragon’ was he given that name for a reason? Lol. 🖤
This drama would have been mediocre to me if it hadn’t been for Perth glowing like the little star he is!! He did an excellent job considering he had to kiss a dead fish all season, which is such a shame because Chimon is quite a charismatic actor too. Loved the chemistry between Marc and Pawin and would have loved another few eps where they were together. I am however REALLY DISAPPOINTED that we didn’t get the GL that was hinted at for like 6-8 eps!! Such a shame they missed out on being more inclusive. The ending was frigging hilarious though, I actually lol’d 🖤

I 100% agree, even tho I think Marc is a little more enthusiastic than Chimon, and let’s be honest that’s easily done. Some people may think we’re being perky (grow up) but the lacklustre kissing really takes you out of the story. At 18 yrs old they should be seriously sucking face lol 🖤
