I love bleak and realistic slice of life dramas and I looked forward to this, but for some reason it's not reeling me in. I'm more than halfway thru and it's kind of a chore with repetitive office politics and cliche resolutions. Maybe it's too realistic reflection of mundane life? Lol idk but I really wish I could enjoy it like so many ppl seem to be. Some of the dialogue is really nice. But I'm not feeling attached to any of the characters as I'd hoped and idk why
I think the drama had been clear about about their breakup (both reason and message), though. The lack of orgasm…
Yea that all makes sense (Also someone else commented with similar ideas and I didn't get a chance to reply, idk why their comment got deleted!)
I only say rushing into sex toys because she didn't explore other options before buying a bunch lol. You really don't need sex toys but they made it seem like the best/only way to experience it was through that. Which just felt like product placement more than anything
I haven't finished the drama so maybe the message will come across clearer when I'm done!
(Spoilers thru ep3) I'm confused. She says she can't O, he blames her (clearly he's an ass). But did she need sex toys to finally experience one tho? Why did she rush into sex toys?? Is this show sex toy PPL? Also blaming her period for breaking up with him?? Really??? Both of them blamed her period lol. Breakup in ep 3 just confused me
I get it if she blamed his self-centered attitude in general but they really made it seem like it was just the orgasm. I think she still liked him. I kinda wish they wrote that differently. Like made him put more effort after some time instead of rushing her out of the relationship just because she couldn't orgasm? I'm really confused by the messages this show is giving here can someone pls enlighten me lol
You watched five episodes and gave up when things didn’t go exactly how you wanted (yet), then trash it because you went in with your own personal expectations that weren’t met. I give this review a 0 out of 10 lol
so much negativity in the comments jeez. we don't know what it will be like, I'm happy for the show's success (well-deserved) and that the director seems motivated to continue.
