I'm on ep 8 and let me say, I'm suffering with the romance they put in here. Two couples that like each other but can't be because the dudes are priests??? really?? why put romance at all then T__T I'm destined to suffer

edit: I just watched ep9 and let me tell you, the reason he became a priest is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. He erased his memories and hers for some dumb shit, wow.

edit: ep 12...whaaaaaaaaaat lol I already suspected the nun since she got there but I didn't know it would go all the way back to that second possession case WOW

I thought Bae Doo Na's role was going to be bigger than it was, I was a bit disappointed about how forgettable her character was sometimes, ngl. Maybe she gets more screentime on season 2.
Also, I couldn't forgive Young Shin until the end lol what he did was too severe for me to just forget, especially since he didn't show any sign of remorse (feeding that dude's meat to everyone, lying about what it was and then, even if not on purpose, infecting everyone).
I agree with the other comment saying it was too short, I think maybe it would've been better as a movie since I wouldn't have to wait for season 2. Overall, it was regular, now I gotta wait for the rest :/

well, I assume the psycho owner of the hospital received the "recipe" of that drug from his dad (since he mentioned his dad made drugs in world war 2 for Japan) and injected that in the detective when he was held captive (maybe to observe the results? or to control their "guinea pigs" if they escaped?) and then the detective injected the main psycho with it when they fought, that's why both of them have this disease.
The detective only has 6 bottles (they were in the hospital) of the antidote and each one only lasts for one month so he has 6 months and then he'll die if he doesn't find a cure, that's why he intends to fight in these 6 months. The psycho dude doesn't have a cure (that's why he's looking way worse than the detective) and is reaching out to japanese contacts looking for an antidote (idk if the detective did this on purpose so the psycho dude would find an antidote for him or what).

I'm listening to that song that played at the end of ep4 all the time. I want the full song alreadyyyy. I think the person that is singing is Roy Kim, if not, then someone with a very similar voice. I loved the bit I could hear of the song :)

Drama was ok overall but the ending left me disappointed, the punishment for the dude should have been harsher. Therapy + public hates him? That's it? How about some time in jail? He did horrible things to the female lead for 7 years and we're supposed to feel bad for him and let it slide? They went too easy on him and tried to make us feel sympathy but I couldn't care less, he still sucked, if you want to repent then go to jail while going to therapy as well.

Female lead's mom sucked as well, "Then she didn't mean he hit her just once in a while?" what does that even mean? And "Oh it's ok to get slapped and be beaten, that's how marriage is". First of all, no. Second of all, you knew and let it happen, just be woman enough to admit it and ask for forgiveness.

Second female lead was unnecessary, she just served to annoy me, but I guess they needed a storyline for the main dude that didn't revolve around the female lead. His dad sucked for the most part as well. His kid was cute though. Female lead's bro was cute as well.

I'm complaining a lot but I enjoyed the drama, even if I think it wasn't really that great, but like I said, I wanted the ending to feel more rewarding, after all, we've had to sit through some awful stuff being done to the female lead.

I liked the romance between the main couple, sad they only got to kiss once, hugs were pretty awkward in this drama lol The male lead was great, loved that he stayed true to himself until the end. Female lead grew to be really strong and I'm happy that after they decided to stick together after she escaped on ep 17 nothing and no one could break them apart. It's refreshing not to see people leaving "for the sake of the other one".

I agree with thinking Kill Me Heal Me is overrated. Defendant is on my to-watch list, I think I'll like it, I mean, I really love law and investigation and the synopsis seems really intriguing. Thanks for the recommendation! ^^

Yeah, I don't dislike any actor or actress because of his personality or anything like that, it's normally because of acting or because the person plays often a type of character that I dislike (for example shin se kyung and hwang jung eum), so, idk, I've watched a couple of things with him and I just don't really LOVE his acting, but I know he's not bad per se. Maybe he'll prove me wrong in this one, but for example in Protect The Boss, Secret and Kill Me Heal Me I could not enjoy him at all. I still have hopes for Defendant though.

Oh so there's going to be a second season. Does that mean that this drama has an open ending? I know that it has a happy ending, but can I just watch this season and not "expect" a new one?

Is this one of those dramas that end with her going back to her time and meeting someone who looks just like him (supposedly his reincarnation) and she gets to be with "him"?
Because I don't like endings like that since they are not the same person even if they have the same face, they don't have the same personality.. there are exceptions though, like if he remembers everything from his past and is looking for her or something like that.
But anyways, can someone spoil the ending for me, please?

I wanted to see a compilation of every time Khun Chai says the name Kaew, it's so often and so funny lol

I don't like Ji Sung and I don't especially care for Han Ji Min, but I'll watch it for the time travel stuff, I love the trope, hope it's interesting enough for me to keep watching it.

I love Park Seo Joon, so I'll try this out even if the summary doesn't seem that interesting to me, but I really wish he didn't play the rich asshole guy.. I normally don't like the type, it gets on my nerves. Maybe he can make the character charismatic somehow, like in she was pretty, where I could hate some of the actions but not the whole character and all of that.

The story is a little bit weird for me and I don't like reincarnation stuff where one person remembers the past but the other does not, but hey, I'll give it a shot! Yoon Hyun Min is in it too, so it's a plus.

I just finished episode 2 and.. how can a drama be this bad.. I'm so angry. Everyone is so childish and stupid. There's no one to root for since everyone freaking sucks. I didn't laugh once, I'm only watching this because I'm being forced to do it, but honestly, I really wanna drop it.

I have yet to start this drama but I have to say this, since it's something that never happened before. I really REALLY love the OST of A Korean Odyssey, it's absurd, all 7 songs are phenomenal. I've never enjoyed more than 2 songs of a drama before, so I'm really surprised. I just had to share this, and because I love the music so much, I got interested in the drama, so I'm going to watch it now.
