This is usually not my kind of show, but I decided to check it out because of Oh Jung Se and because I was in the mood for something wholesome and I'm glad I did. It's both lighthearted and thought-provoking and really enjoyable so far. Oh Jung Se is a show stealer & such a delight to watch. I'm so happy to see him in the leading role. I don't know anything about the original by BBC, so I'm really excited to see how the story develops.
Oh Jung Se's acting in ep. 13 was something else. You can really feel the panic, anguish and desperation in his voice during the opening scene; it was absolutely heart-wrenching. Such a brilliant actor.

Same here. I personally found his performance way more menacing and creepier than Lee Dong Wook's. He's one of those actors who can act with their eyes only & his potrayal was nuanced & spine-tingling. I, too, was looking forward to learning more about his character's past and quirks, such as the question of why he's always wearing long sleeves, and it's a shame nothing came of it. A lot of wasted potential to not have him as the main antagonist, imo.
