I have 3 theories: Yu Jin will become part of Ha Na's family (she apparently raises chosen siblings and a friend's child (according to SBS character bios and chart) ), the possibility that the friend that gave birth is Yu Jin, something happens and Yu Jin and Ha Na become separated and Yu Jin goes away until the last episodes.
SBS seems to be keeping stuff under wraps. As long as they remain besties and are not torn apart by parents, men, ex-Yu Jin bestie, or jealousy.
