First of all, it wasn't like they were married; for her to require that recorded evidence of his cheating to get her the "deserving" share of their "properties". So why did she have to record something obviously private just to use it the way she did?
Secondly, she isn't the first person to be cheated on. If we all go nuclear like that, the internet will always be buzzing with "PRIVATELY"recorded messages. Then, we wouldn't have the time to watch their movies and dramas which have made them this famous. If you know your partner is a cheater, you cut your loses and move the fuck on. The entire world doesn't need to be privy to the sordid details.
