Yes, this hate train is exhausting. I am debating whether to quit mdl and douyin or defend arthur in comments. I am behind my school work, only completed 5ep of lbtg and got into 8 fights in comment section just in 2 days. And it was weekend at that, doing this everyday for next 2 weeks is exhausting. And i am looking forward to rebirth and when that airs defending hytt will be even more exhausting.

Sad but it is reba they are after, escp two fandoms. And poj fans coming after the drama quality saying the setting looks cheap, arthur doesnt have general's aura. Honestly i feel that arthur became supporting cast with reba dominating screen time. DUAN XU popularity hasn't increased, he is ranked 7 and few of reba fans discontent with arthur since filming are hating him hard in comments on chinese media and down voting him afraid he might overshadow reba with young teen viewers.

I am more worried about the amount of haters the show is attracting, the drama did well the first day but went silent the second day even though its a sunday. Half the comments section is critical of drama quality or leads or dubbing or plain hate. I miss ls1970s and wdbtd comments pg where we could discuss discuss the drama and highlights rather than defending the leads.

He is not supposed to to be strong masculine ml in the drama. He is cunning easy going and always smiling which arthur aces to perfection. So he is perfectly cast. Thank you for pointing out, hope your comment helps others understand that not all generals can be lumped into a single block
