I went ahead and watch ep 19 from part 1 again to give you an answer. In ep 19, at 39:30 min, they talked about the King's Star. Uk told the CP to take the credit after the rain. Mages from Unanimous were bowing down to the King's Star. Uk is quicked witty so there is no way that he doesn't know he is the real king star. CP knew it right away too. That's why he looked back.
Master Lee, Uk, Naksu, Park Jin, Jin Mu & CP were the only ones who knew that Uk was the King’s Star even in part 2.
In part 2, everyone knows Uk as someone who was revived through the ice stone and who has the ice stone. They called him a monster cos he was dead and revived.
He knows he is the king's star but doesn't know who his father (Jang Gang's body+Late King's soul) is. People are confused with King's star and King's son. Only three people (Park Jin, Jin Mu & Kim Do Ju) knew that Jang Uk was the Late King's son. The king is already scared of Uk for being the King's star but if he knew that Uk is also the late king's son, he would try to find a way to kill Uk. But the king and the crown prince don't know that Uk isn't even interested in being the king.
