on ep 5 and idk how to feel about toh, hope the cringe will pass, but jao and sky are totally my fav couple
It's taken me like 2 weeks to get to episode 10. I keep having to stop so I can recover from the cringe but SkyJao have me so invested. Things also definitely got better after Intouch was introduced as a character.
The fact that Jao is supposed to be fat shows you what's wrong with today's skewed body image. Unbelievable!
I think they wanted the character to be seen as fat within the story but they didn't want to hire an actual chubby actor which is depressing lol. He's so cute though, I like how he's basically always wearing pink.
All the crazy shit happening irl aside (I don't think this is the place to talk about it), I was absolutely not mentally prepared for the wild ride that this show was. I already knew it was going to be crazy but not THAT crazy. My head hurts from crying lol
Why is this a spin-off to UF how are they connected?
Day and Itt are the side couple in UF, but that couple seems way too different from this couple. It's like how AiLongNhai is a apparently connected to TonhonChonlatee, even with the couples giving off such different vibes. I guess the novels or whatever are the same, but the series adaptations change it up quite a bit.
Way too long for what it was. First 6 episodes were enjoyable but still drawn out and I kept skipping through the last 3 to get it over with. Ai's dads are the best, their little family is the cutest that it made me emotional lol. There's so much love there. It's a decent comfort show, if you just need something on in the background or whatever. It's super easy to tune in and out of, without losing any of the plot since there isn't much to it besides Nhai having a misunderstanding then Ai having to take care of him afterwards again and again. Probably don't watch this if your English isn't the best, and it's much easier to understand if you know at least a little bit of Thai.
