I don't think so production team will spend all the money on actors. May be max 20%. But i disagree with you on one point. I think the chemistry is pretty amazing between the leads.

LOF was high production drama. But who have watched all the episodes will never admit it to be high production. Editing is very bad and noticeable. Then where the money went? I have read someone's comment that there is LOF spin off movie based on story of A fei's mother which is high in quality. Maybe production team utilised most of the money for the movie instead of drama. But i am not sure about the information. In LOF you will see everything is kept minimal.

This is also my favourite ost now. Earlier it was bloody romance ost.

Actually i had high expectations from this drama and i was waiting it to aired. But when i watched first episode i lowered my expectations completely. Same, i also like A Fei and Xie Yun character and chemistry between leads and some other side plots.

The way ZLY draws sword from scabbard is so graceful in LOF.

LOF is not on the level of Princess agents. This drama has received mixed reviews. Some like it some don't. In LOF FL is intelligent, brave and can endure pain without showing much emotions . ML is cheerful,warm, talkative and has immense knowledge on what's happening in the world with mysterious background. LOF is journey of FL who has stepped out first time from her home into real world where she meets different masters, demons and many people to become one of the best martial artist. ML helps her throughout her journey. There are also many side plots as well. The best thing of this drama is leads acting and chemistry. Ost is good. There are many noticeable editing flaws in the drama. Story flow is not so smooth with many loopholes. Starting few episodes are slow paced and will give you 90's feeling. Personally i like this kind of genre. You can watch few episodes and then decide for yourself.

Agree. ZLY and Yibo makes a good onscreen couple. Age difference is not noticeable at all.

ZLY looks very very young compared to her actual age. In DayDayUp she looked very young. But in this series makeup artist has done terrible job. The colour of neck and face doesn't match. When foundation is applied it should be applied on neck as well. This is the very basic thing.

ZLY is cute and tiny. When i first saw in boss and me i never thought she could portray xinger and AF character. But she proved me wrong. She fights like tigress.

I loved AF and Shen Tianshu fight scene. Shen Tianshu's death is so satisfying.

Apart from main leads i like Hu Bing and the actors who have played character of Yin Pei, Pheonix master, Duan Jiu. Their acting is so good. I hope they would have given them more screen time.

I disagree with you on this. ZLY is my favourite actor from China. She started from very humble background with no connections to entertainment industry. Where she is now is due to her hardwork, her acting abilities. Some people might have helped her on her way but at the end she has worked hard to reach that level. It's not easy to start journey from where she started. It's easy for you or me to say anything but the person who has worked so hard knows what it is to take to reach that level. She may have some toxic fans but it's not her fault. She cannot teach them to behave properly(when their parents failed to taught them how come any outsider will teach them). Every actor has some amount of toxic fans.

You may or may not like kiss. You may or may not like leads pairing. That's upto you. No one is hating you for this. But when you try to bring personal life of actor like you stated above that ZLY is married and have a baby then how could she kiss a younger actor? This is the problem. This is sexism. When FL who is older than ML people have problem but when situation is reversed then no problem.

I also think war is going to happen. AF, XY, Yang Jin and poisoner and behind them army and they were running. It means they r going to fight. In one of the trailers AF was transferring her energy to XY. May be that might cure his poison. I am not sure it's just my analysis.

Yeah. I agree with you. This drama gets interesting day by day unlike some other ones which will start very good but becomes boring till the end.
