my wild theory about Lovely runner.since Sunjae got murdered two times. and both were him as an idol. I think the only way to save him is to make him as a runner athlete? thats why this drama title is Lovely runner. we know he can not be a swimmer again after he got injured, but its possible for him to be a runner. and its his dream tho. His dream was being a natioal athlete cause it was his mom last wish? so perhaps, if hes not became idol, big chance he can be survive.

I assumpt there was another accident happened one year later after the accident? when Sol get back to the future, she asking her mom about the culprit. was he got punishment? and the mom answer, which accident. and then Sol said "ofc, accident 15years ago." and we see the mom confused cause she think Sol meant for the accident 14 years ago which she before hated if the mom speak about the accident again. thats how I get this theory. It could be where Sunjae got the scar.
