Im not sure about the timeline. but I think its because the reporters been spreading in Samdalri days before. so theres no way they can go out without drawing any attention.
and actually I think because Yongpil planed it at very last hours (He was so stubborn that Samdal shouldnt gave up with her project. and then Samdal told him about her new plan). so they has no option to bring the photos at the day.
