that was not the message the film was trying to convey. Issues that we might consider trivial are life-death situations for others. It's not about what you think is important, it's about what people think for themselves. The woman obviously had nothing she believed in except for that relationship and one day she finds herself with nothing; not even an explanation. I'm not saying a breakup is a sufficient reason for suicide but I say it can. You can't imagine the depression, the agony and the helplessness someone drowns in for them to reach such a decision as suicide.
