If you find the motivation to watch more of Lee Jung Jae, I recommend The Face Reader and The New World. The Housemaid is probably my favourite movie with him, but that one is only for mature audiences ;)
I really like the other actors you listed here, too. Although they mostly play supporting roles, I am always glad to see them show up in dramas or movies!
So many great and adaptable actors in this list. I know and appreciate most of them except for a few. They definitely all contribute to making dramas so good and believable. Thanks for writing these articles Park...:)
Jung In Ki, he shows up in lots of dramas. Seen him some of the ones you mentioned plus "Beethoven Virus", "Suspicious Housemaid", "Gapdong" and now in "Sensory Couple". One of the hardest-working supporting actors in K-show biz!
Great choices! And I have favorite dramas/movies for each of these actors!! The best is when you see the actor two ways: evil and nasty/fun and comical! The best example from these actors would definitely be Lee Jong Won. I first saw him as the despicable brother in Gloria! I hate his character so much! Contrast that will the lovable and funny Tak Wol Han in Legendary Witch! The difference will stun you!! All of these are great character actors and can play just about any type of character!!
the choice of excellent Korean actors is deep. Why is it I suspect you will have trouble finding this number of Korean actresses to love? Well....if you stick to over 40 you may be okay. :) meow
The And, *winks* haha
I love this drama, it's really fresh and full of fun unexplored things for a k-drama. It's really nice for someone like me who's seen so many and can pretty much predict every single thing in a drama.
I love this guy so much. His character as Moon Jae-shin is the best character ever written in dramaland. Although drama itself is nothing special (my guilty pleasure), the bromance is so powerful, unique and strong and Jae-shin was simply outstanding, the best of the best. ♥
And I agree about SLA, for me the best written drama about music and it gives you too many powerful emotions.
