riiight? every time Tane opened his mouth, my heart was melting at how brilliant and cute he is. such a good actor already at his young age, and he portrayed his character so well.

totally!! here is the thing, if a certain personality type is acknowledged in the series, i can live with it and ignore it. for example, if Asami asked Shirasaki why in the world would he bring up his career development and professional jealousy when they were literally speaking Asami's childhood, this would have been fine with me. but the fact that Shirasaki was absolutely self-centered, with almost no respect towards Asami's feelings, and no one officially acknowledged it, i surely consider this a character flaw due to poor writing; UNLESS, this was somehow dissected in the manga, and wasn't explored much in the series. but to me, this was really important, cause at some point, it felt to me that Asami was carrying the whole relationship on his shoulders alone, instead of it being a teamwork...

oh i googled the exact same question when i was watching this. it wasn't really mentioned anywhere in the series. but Akasaka was where they were hanging out most often, and it's a district in Tokyo most known for TV studios & entertainment industry. also, in Japan they apparently call 1am the 25th hour. a time that's not really night, nor morning- just in between. and this is where and when the main couple can be the most at ease, and be themselves. i'll also paste below the exact wording:

The title "At 25:00, in Akasaka" refers to the late-night (1:00 AM) setting in the Tokyo district of Akasaka, symbolizing a hidden, intimate, and often vulnerable time for the main characters—an actor and his co-star—to blur the lines between their on-screen BL romance and real-life relationship, away from the public eye.

Symbolism of Time and Place: 25:00 ( = 1:00 AM in Japan) represents a time when the city is quiet, allowing the characters, Shirasaki and Hayama, to shed their public personas and connect deeply.

The Meeting Spot: The "Akasaka" setting highlights the specific, often hidden, urban locations—including a gay bar—where the characters meet, away from the prying eyes of the media and fans.

ahhh i waited long for this to finish airing, so i can binge-watch it; but going through comments, the ending does not seem to satisfy majority. i'm so indecisive when it comes to ambiguous/sad endings, and comments are not helping. i wanna cry, i LOVE billybaby so much actually!

just finished watching this, and knowing that Lee Know was also a fan of this BL makes it even more special to me. i loved their relationship, and their cute chemistry. definitely a no-brainer comfort show to re-watch later <3

why i am watching this so late- i watched s1 years ago, and kept delaying watching more. but omg i'm so pleasantly surprised. s2 was so much better than s1, and movie was the best of all. my beautiful man is now one of my favorite BLs of all times. i love HiraKiyoi so much 😩💖

i absolutely love ohm pawat's acting. i really need him in more dramas; he came a looong way since 2016, Make It Right. and, honestly, i don't get the hate for Kidnap. ohmleng were beautiful together, with good chemistry. storyline wasn't lacking per se, and character development was more than sufficient, with satisfying ending. they both deserved better fans in 2024.

i'm actually watching this right after completing perthchimon's Dangerous Romance. and i feel like the hate these 2 series got were very similarly unfair.

sometimes i wish thai BL industry stops with the fixed CPs, and would just match up different actors for different dramas, based on their skills. kinda like what pond ponlawit is doing. they can then showcase various chemistry/skill sets with different partners, and actually improve themselves. all these silly hate would then stop too. sigh...

ahaha i am rioting with you srsly!! ahhh right, yesterday william was so suspicious in their concert. he was slightly confusing lines and scenarios, and others were playing with him saying "which of the scripts is he reading right now that he is confusing/forgetting it all?". and est kinda jumped to save him, saying that "oh william is reading the script of You Maniac". and then both of them laughed very weirdly lmfao, i don't know, but they looked very sus to me. if they are really reading the script right now, we might even get a special for "khun rome" this year already? let's see. omfg just thinking about it gives me the butterflies 💖🥹

will there ever be any other series like this one, that will make me giggle, laugh, and kick my feet like 99% of the time? i don't think so honestly. i really really miss this series. nothing will top it imo, at least for a long time.

forth saying "i'm supposed to be the top" just had me rolling on the floor lmfao this was so goofy and unserious, but veryyy cute, too. mafia dad was the real mvp hehe.
having seen ForthDonut's past works, separately and together, i know they can do so much better. their chemistry was also as good as always. i really hope they are offered future works, with a better directing, and a higher budget.
atp i'm just very happy they decided to stay as a cp, despite leaving Me Mind Y, after their contract ended.

i will never understand the hate this series and the main cp got!! i'm so happy i gave it a chance, fully worth my while.

this!! i really went into it scared, because of the hate it has been receiving for years now. but KanghanSailom's love, problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, passion, trust, EVERYTHING was just perfect, despite their age. also, PerthChimon were just great together. chemistry was also really good. i really do think that people who hate on Chimon's acting in this series, haven't watched his other works, and don't know how talented he is. cause in this series, whatever he was doing, was a perfect portrayal of Sailom, with all his past pain, trauma, tiredness, growing up under debt with no parents, and more of Sailom's personality points, not Chimon's. he was stiff because it was only right for Sailom to be stiff, after growing up in poverty, and being bullied like that, by the exact person that he's been having feelings for, for years. anyways, after binging the show in the past 2 days, i really find comfort in how KanghanSailom's dedication and love showed us a beautiful ending, and i will surely come back to this series soon 🥹 i also can only wish for more beautiful and successful projects from Perth (and Santa) and Chimon (and Sing) in the future 💖
